How can I book?
You can book directly on our official website by clicking “Book now”: you’ll access our secure booking system with real-time availability and rates.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the accommodation type. Enter your dates and check the conditions of your chosen option.
What time are check-in and check-out?
At Donati Luxury Tower Suites, check-in is available from 2:30 pm, while check-out is until 12:00 pm.
What are the Wi-Fi options?
Donati Luxury Tower provides complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Does the property have parking? (ZTL advice)
Donati Luxury Tower is located in the historic center of Florence, within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Access to the ZTL is subject to a fee for each entry and is recommended only if you wish to use one of our partner garages.
- Cost: €40.00 / €50.00 per day.
- Vehicle pick-up and return directly at the hotel.
- Upon request, a shuttle service between the garage and the hotel is also available for guests who prefer not to drive in the historic center.
- If you are arriving by car from the south, we recommend taking the A1 motorway and exiting at Firenze Sud, following signs for the city center.
- You can consult the recommended route map to reach Donati Luxury Tower from the ring roads.
If you prefer not to enter the ZTL, we recommend parking at:
- Lungarno Zecca Vecchia (paid parking);
- Beccaria Parking.
Both options are approximately a 15-minute walk from the property.
Directions for accessing the ZTL
- Continue straight towards Piazza Cavalleggeri and Corso Tintori.
- Turn right onto Via de’ Benci.
- Continue straight past Piazza Santa Croce and two traffic lights.
- At Piazza Salvemini, turn left and keep to the left.
- Continue along Via dell’Oriuolo until you see the Duomo in front of you.
- Turn left onto Via del Proconsolo.
- Turn right onto Via del Corso.
- Near the end of the street, turn right onto Via Santa Elisabetta. Donati Luxury Tower is located at Piazza Santa Elisabetta 1.
As Via del Corso is very narrow, we recommend parking in Via del Proconsolo and reaching the hotel on foot.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is available upon request and can be tailored to your preferences. You can choose from:
- a refined in-suite breakfast prepared by a private chef;
- breakfast from the historic Caffè Paszkowski;
- our exclusive Morning Ritual, designed to offer a moment of wellness and pleasure from the very start of your day.
What suite types are available?
We offer 12 suites across various categories, accommodating 2 to 6 guests; check the features on each suite’s page.
Do the suites have a kitchen?
All rooms at Donati Luxury Tower feature a concealed kitchenette in rosewood.
Is it possible to request additional services or personalised experiences?
Yes. Upon request we organise:
- Services: shuttle to/from SMN or the Airport (for selected suites), private driver, personal chef, in-suite massage/beauty treatments, personal shopper, babysitter/kids kit.
- Experiences: exclusive guided tours, helicopter flights over Tuscany, private cruise along the Tyrrhenian coast, hot-air balloon.

Does the hotel have a lift?
Yes, there is a lift to comfortably reach all floors of the Tower.
Does the hotel accept pets?
Donati Luxury Tower Suites cannot accommodate pets.
Does the hotel offer airport transfers?
Is it possible to add extra guests to the stay?
Yes, extra guests can be added to the reservation, subject to availability and the maximum occupancy of the selected accommodation.
- Supplement: €80 per additional guest.
