How can I book?

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the accommodation type. Enter your dates and check the conditions of your chosen option.
What time are check-in and check-out?
At Donati Luxury Tower Suites, check-in is available from 2:30 pm, while check-out is until 12:00 pm.
What are the Wi-Fi options?
Donati Luxury Tower provides complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Does the property have parking? (ZTL advice)
Donati Luxury Tower is in Florence’s centre within the ZTL (limited traffic zone); access is permitted with a fee for each entry. Access is recommended only if you intend to use our partner garage Sant’Orsola. Cost €40.00/€50.00 per day, pick-up and drop-off at the hotel. If arriving from the South by car, we recommend the A1 Firenze Sud exit with directions to Centro. Download the map to reach Donati Luxury Tower from the Viali (Firenze Nord).
If you choose to reach the property without entering the ZTL, we suggest leaving your car in hourly parking on Lungarno Zecca Vecchia or at Beccaria Parking. Both are approximately a 15-minute walk from our hotel.
Tips for entering the ZTL
Once you reach Lungarno Zecca Vecchia using a sat-nav or detailed map, please follow these instructions carefully to reach our property:
- Proceed straight towards Piazza Cavalleggeri and Corso Tintori;
- At the end of the road, turn right onto Via de’ Benci;
- Continue straight, passing Piazza Santa Croce and two more traffic lights;
- After the second light you’ll reach Piazza Salvemini: turn LEFT and keep left;
- When the road forks, continue straight along Via dell’Oriuolo until you see the Duomo ahead;
- At the end, turn LEFT onto Via del Proconsolo;
- Then turn RIGHT onto Via del Corso;
- Near the end of Via del Corso, turn right into Via Santa Elisabetta: you’ll find Donati Luxury Tower at Piazza Santa Elisabetta 1.
Since Via del Corso is very narrow, we recommend parking on Via del Proconsolo and walking to the property.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast on request at Paszkowski.
What suite types are available?
We offer 12 suites across various categories, accommodating 2 to 6 guests; check the features on each suite’s page.
Do the suites have a kitchen?
All rooms at Donati Luxury Tower feature a concealed kitchenette in rosewood.
Is it possible to request additional services or personalised experiences?
Yes. Upon request we organise:
- Services: shuttle to/from SMN or the Airport (for selected suites), private driver, personal chef, in-suite massage/beauty treatments, personal shopper, babysitter/kids kit.
- Experiences: exclusive guided tours, helicopter flights over Tuscany, private cruise along the Tyrrhenian coast, hot-air balloon.

Does the hotel have a lift?
Yes, there is a lift to comfortably reach all floors of the Tower.
Does the hotel accept pets?
Donati Luxury Tower Suites cannot accommodate pets.
